MLP Coaching first and foremost focuses on business and industry, both for-profit and non-profit.  Organizations undergoing change, merger or acquisition, and companies seeking to change a culture or employee mindset from, say, entitlement to performance, and start-ups are most likely to realize the benefits of leadership coaching.

Corporate and Executive Coaching
Corporate coaching involves all levels of leadership, from key C-level executives to departmental and divisional leadership, as well as those key individual contributors of particular value to a company who have the potential to develop into managers.

Expat and Global Executive coaching
As an experienced international executive, Marthe Lattinville-Pace is uniquely positioned to coaching executives taking on a new role in a foreign country as well as the process of repatriation–the expat’s return to the organization in the person’s homeland. She is equally well positioned to advise the expat’s superiors on how to re-engage the expat to assure the organization will retain the employee, and how to take full advantage of the new, broader range of experience she or he will bring to the company.

Personal Coaching
MLP also engages in coaching for individual and personal change and fulfillment, including career coaching.
