MLP Coaching brings the latest research and state-of-the-art techniques to the art and science of coaching. Marthe Lattinville-Pace founded and heads the coaching firm. She has more than 25 years of corporate leadership experience, including international executive roles in human resources.

With 20+ years of experience directing human capital management and corporate change initiatives in global environments within Fortune 200 companies, Marthe is a powerful advocate for business leaders. She is an expert at coaching them through a myriad of corporate challenges and a strong presence in helping them develop their unique leadership strengths, empowering them to steer global business and deliver on corporate-wide performance improvements.

Marthe’s record of leadership includes senior level Human Resources Executives roles in the high-tech, professional services and government contracting industries. She served as Vice President, Human Resources International for America Online, Inc.; Deputy Director, Human Resources, at PCAOB (Public Company Accounting Oversight Board); Vice President, Human Resources, AESTIX, Inc., a Booz, Allen & Hamilton Company; Vice President, Human Resources, Digex, Inc.; and Director, Human Resources Waters Corporation to name only a few.

Executive and C-Level Coaching

Marthe has served as an internal and external consultant to key corporate leaders and C-suite executives. At MLP Coaching, she continues to lead numerous HR change initiatives and provides coaching and counseling to executive leaders and teams. As a result of her keen business acumen and ability to partner seamlessly with the most senior executives, she has been frequently called upon, throughout her career, to coach business leaders at all levels.

International Expertise

Marthe gained her international experience in the U.S., Canada and Europe where she managed organizations on a worldwide basis. While based in Paris she operated in 36 countries across Europe, the Middle East and India. At AOL, reporting to the Vice Chair, she led the HR function for the newly acquired subsidiaries in Europe (England, Ireland, Spain, France and Germany) and provided consulting services for joint ventures in China, Australia, Japan, Mexico, Porto Rico, Latin America and Canada.

Her international work has provided her with a unique understanding of the importance of diversity in enriching organizations and the positive impact diversity can have on behavioral, legal, and cultural issues within corporations. She is fluent in English and French and offers a deep knowledge of cross-cultural and cross border relationships. A native of Montreal, she is a Canadian and U.S. citizen and previously held a French work permit. She welcomes the opportunity to conduct coaching sessions in French as well as English.

Certification

Marthe earned her Leadership Coaching Certificate from Georgetown University, her Masters of Business Administration from the H.E.C and her Bachelor in Industrial Relations from the University of Montreal in Canada. She is a dedicated advocate of developing our current and next generation of business leaders and serves as a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), the Executive Women’s Roundtable, Inc. and Women in Technology.

Dr. Joseph Cosentino is an expert in human resources, employee research, organizational development and leadership development with more than 35 years of experience in Fortune 100 companies and major consultancy firms. He has designed, managed and conducted human resources programs at Booz Allen Hamilton, Honeywell, GTE and Verizon. Currently, he is an independent consultant with his own consulting practice, Cosentino and Associates.

Joe’s ability to work with and relate to individuals at all levels of the organization has been recognized and appreciated by his clients. He has a history of developing programs and initiatives for improved business performance.

Executive Leadership Development

Joe has established leadership development programs focusing on the career development of senior executives as well as identification and development of high potential employees. He has directed a team of employees responsible for senior leader development and team building, executive continuity, and succession planning.  He has conducted a senior leader coaching program incorporating a 360-degree survey and leadership questionnaire to provide staff feedback to company executives. The result was the creation of action plans for improved team effectiveness.

Employee Research and Engagement

Successful organizations rely on engaged staff, and Joe is experienced at measuring employee engagement, identifying opportunities and delivering initiatives to gain staff commitment and align them to the mission. At Verizon, he surveyed 150,000 employees annually and developed survey reports for every major organization in Verizon. The reports brought to light precise areas of strengths and weaknesses and enabled targeted efforts to increase employee engagement and improve organizational performance.

Experience Consulting with Government

Joe also has tremendous expertise in the development of programs for government. At Booz Allen, he conducted program evaluations and made specific recommendations for improving program effectiveness in organizations in the Intelligence Community and the Department of Defense. He designed, administered and reported a major customer satisfaction survey for the FBI’s Directorate of Intgelligence.

He has an impressive record of success on consulting projects at the FBI, ODNI, FEMA, National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, U. S. Treasury’s Office of Intelligence and Analysis, the National Capital Region Coordination Office, the U. S. Army and Navy. Dr. Cosentino holds a Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with CI Polygraph.

Joe holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Temple University and an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Detroit. He earned his B.S. in Psychology from City College of New York.

John Honor is the Founder and CEO of Honor Group Consulting. He has more than 40 years of experience in corporate America working with Fortune 200 companies and a Big Four accounting firm. His career has spanned six industries, including aerospace and defense, automotive, professional sports, insurance, transportation and professional services. As a senior HR executive John spent much of his career providing strategic and tactical advice and counsel to C-Level executives across the organizational spectrum, including corporate board members.

His career required him to work effectively across cultures which led to his travel and work throughout Europe and Asia Pacific, including the People’s Republic of China. During his career he successfully led HR organizations in both union and non-union work environments.

He is a graduate of the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Certification Program and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and its Washington, D. C. affiliate. He is also certified by the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) to administer and interpret its suite of assessment tools, including Executive Dimensions, Benchmarks, Prospector, 360 By Design, Skillscope, and Keys to Creativity. This certification provides him full access to CCL’s research, developmental tools and technical support. Additionally, John is certified by the Management Research Group (MRG) in its Strategic Leadership Development (SLD), multi-component assessment process and Leadership Effectiveness Analysis (LEA) model.

John received his undergraduate degree in Sociology and Political Science from North Carolina Central University, and a Master of Science Degree in Organizational Behavior from The Austin Barney School of Business at the University of Hartford. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan’s Labor Relations Program and the Hartford Graduate Center’s UTC Management Program. He is a member of the HR Planning Society, SHRM, the Senior HR Executive Forum of the Washington, D.C. Metro Area, and a Trustee of Eastern University, St. Davids, Pennsylvania. He has also served on several university and corporate boards and steering committees.

Pat Welch has more than 25 years of experience in corporate America including lead communications positions at Fortune 200 companies in the utility and airline industries plus experience in the nonprofit sector. He brings senior-level corporate and marketing communications experience to the table with both strategic and tactical expertise. He has had complete responsibility for all phases of communications initiatives, from planning through production and fulfillment in print and electronic media as well as face-to-face.

Experience with Established Corporations and Startups

Among other roles, Pat has been responsible for oversight of corporate identity, assuring a consistent look and feel in both internal and external communications. Recently, he led the effort to create the employment brand for a start-up organization. Its advertising/recruiting campaign targeted highly seasoned, highly credentialed professionals, initiating contact with candidates in what was the first step in defining for them the organization’s value proposition. Pat has built internal communications media and messages from scratch in a startup environment, creating newsletters to serve as the voice of the organization, consulting on intranet development, guiding production of video, designing the structure of orientation programs, and facilitating town hall meetings.

In addition to his broad-based corporate and marketing communications background, including change management and crisis communications, Pat has particular expertise in human resources communications. For more than 12 years, he has served as internal consultant to key Human Resources stakeholders, led HR communications initiatives and marketed total rewards. He is equally at home in union and nonunion environments or consulting with C-level executives. His focus is on building consensus and creating an informed and dedicated workforce where staff are engaged and have a clear line of sight to their mission.

Pat led internal communications for the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB, an accounting oversight board founded in 2002 with passage of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act). He also managed human resources communications at US Airways, and he played a lead communications role at Florida Power and Light Company, the largest public electric utility in Florida. Currently, he is an independent consultant. Pat earned his BA and MA in English from Ball State University in Indiana and is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators.
